1. Please note that although we try to display photos that represent as accurately as possible the colors of flowers, we can not guarantee that the color you see will be the flower's, because the display of color depends partly of the type of screen you are using.
Order
***We accept money orders (in Canadian funds), Interac e-Transfers as well as Paypal.***
1. Orders will be taken into account upon receipt of the complete payment.
2. Your email address is the only way we have to contact you SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GIVE US A VALID ONE.
3. Prices are in Canadian dollars and include taxes (GST and QST), but do not include shipping fees, please visit the section shipping fees to chose the shipping option you would like.
4. People who place an order and don’t pay shipping fees will be expected to be available to get their plants during May or June.
5. If plants are sold out or missing, we will replace them with varieties alike or we will refund depending on your preference.
6. Starting in July when we contact you to tell you that your order is ready, if you are not ready to receive your order or pick it up within two weeks, a 10% fee per week will be charged for babysitting fees.
7. If your order is not claimed by the end of September, it will be canceled and no refund and/or exchange will be possible.
Cancellation
1. Refund possible within 45 days following the payment of the order, however an amount of 10$ will be charged for administrative fees. No refund possible after 45 days.
Shipping
1. For those who place an order before May, delivery will begin in May and will continue until the end of June, your order will then be delivered when we consider that the plants are high enough, a minimum of 6 inches. The time of delivery may then vary according to what is in your order.
2. We are not responsible for anything that might happen during shipping (any problem must be reported by email, with pictures included, within 48 hours following receipt of the package).
3. Before paying, don’t forget to add the shipping fees to your shopping cart, please visit the section shipping fees.
4. If you are a customer outside Canada, please contact us before ordering to know if it is possible to ship in your country.
5. Most of our plants are shipped in 4 inches pot to regulate the shipping fees.
6. Due to very cold weather in Quebec, shipping of plants by mail will be suspended from October to May.
Guarantee
We do not offer any guarantee on our plants.
1. Any problem must be reported by email, with pictures included, within 48 hours following receipt of the package. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible on our intentions regarding the problem.
2. When we ship plants, we pack them in order for them to arrive in the best shape possible, but we can not ensure what happens during shipping.
3. We can not guarantee how fast the plants will grow, and if they will survive after their hibernation.
